Solved Textures streching all over screen and flickering

This has been happening with all my games recently, Textures are being stretched out crazy amounts on my screen and flickering.

Just then I tried Forza Horizon 2 Fast & Furious and it was literally running at 1fps and crashed my xbox.

Any help?!

Please tell me you've done the obvious steps and like blew out your xbox, turned it off and left it for about a minute, etc...

Yeah I've done all the basic obvious stuff, Also this has been going on for a few months and I just went back to play it and yeah it's still happening.

I have had this happen quite a few times on my one, I have owned mine 6 months after they were out. What's odd is me and my friend got our ones the same time and I have all sorts of issues and he has hardly any issues.
