That I’m assuming is that area is where your name would be. Go to login.live.com and sign in. There will be an option to edit your name as soon as you sign in, and all you need to do is use emojis or put what you want and bam, it’ll appear like that on your Xbox profile for everyone to view.How is something like this accomplished?
