Confirmed to work on PS4, should work on XB1
Notes
*Due to a bug with the CEO office garages kicking you out of the car during the animation you can fail with this. If this happens just start over. I have to test this more, but it seems that you'll have better luck if your empty spaces are located on the ground floor of the garage.
*If you walk to the blue circle in the CEO garage before you enter the mod shop you will notice that the Retro still says it's a stock RH8. You will also notice that you can't drive the retro back out of the garage. This is why you need the CEO garage and mod shop.
*You can do this with more than 1 vehicle at a time in the facility, but they won't all stick between sessions. The most I've been able to get to stick have been 4 during a session swap. They each still need to be driven back to the CEO garage, so I doubt it's much of a time saver to do more than 1 at a time.
*If you have a lot of friends playing online...to avoid going to the wrong session you and the friend you are duping with can either both go to free aim if most of your friends play in assisted aim lobbies, or you can both join a temporary crew that only the 2 of you belong to and use a crew only session.
Thanks to Earni for these steps

Things you need...
Facility
Friend
Elegy Retro Custom (or other car to duplicate)
Mobile Dupe Centre
Closed friends session
Steps...
1. Invite friend into your facility and get him to start up a contact mission that he has requested (Ron/Gerald/Simeon)
2. Once he has started up the job, he waits in the settings screen for the entire glitch.
3. You now find new session
4. Once in new session, go to blue circle and swap around the elegy retro custom with a car you dont mind losing.
5. Force a save (change clothing and wait for orange circle)
6. Press options>online>Join Friends and you should join back to your previous session.
7. Now check and the cars should be named differently in the vehicle management menu. DO NOT SWAP THEM
8. Drive out the one that looks like a retro custom, as you get outside you will get new plates.
9. Drive into MOC to save. (It doesn't matter if MOC is full/empty, if theres a car inside it will just be moved to the facility)
