When my friend uses a wireless connection to his computer to go on live, hes always redbar in mm. If he gets host in a swat game, everyone is redbar and he gets 30+ kills a game. one game he got a killtastrophe and 6 exterminations. If my friend gets host alot, will it be detected as standbying?

i'm not sure thats considered standbying. If he lags out of enough games or enough people report him he could possibly get banned, but im not 100% sure.

It isent exactly standbying. But bungie's "auto system" will detect a consistent crappy connection and put out a ban. Even if it wasn't intentional. They said it in one of their weekly updates on the front page a few months back.
