spg for rank and horde ach. with a legit account that "YOU" recover

does anyone know if 'you' recover an account that has the rank and horde ach. done legit if you can do the spg? or do you need the save to be on your 360?

You need full achievement progress towards those achievements in order for them to unlock, you can't use a dummy ever since TU4.
