I bought a jb ps3 and it came with a mod menu for gta v but the save game that came with it got erased and when i opened the game the mod menu was gone what could i do to get it back

I find it odd that your save game got deleted and somehow that managed to take a menu that's stored somewhere completely separate with it.
Unless things have vastly changed, menus are bound to the console, not the account.
I sure hope you're not just trying to get someone to give you one of the good paid menus because, you could have just asked.

LTS is paid. Did you pay for it? If not, you will need to buy a license key from them.

I should have added to my first comment that our rules prevent us from giving you links to paid menus etc, it's just not nice to rip off the developers
You'll have to contact the LTS guys and tell them what happened. If you don't know any of the details because you just bought the console as you say, pre-loaded with it, you'll likely have to delve into Google to replace it OP.
I still want to know how the save affected this lol.
