A leak isn't when someone has a copy that has been released early than supposed to, and taking screenshots or videos. A leak is justified by footage or screenshots of the item in question being released before the item comes out. Therefore, this is in fact a leak.

So you think the news every night is a leak ?

You think that your watch telling you time is leaking the time to you ?

Leak has certain connotations to it, its all about secrecy.

What bungie did is a reclassification of information, not a leak.

If it's confirmed and given out by Bungie/Microsoft then it's not a leak. Hell, I suppose the Halo Reach beta was a leak too?
