Thanks again but I'm on Xbox. I've been on the lookout for something with low startup cost and fairly easy to accomplish, this one was perfect.

It's working on Xbox One too, it's easy to hit, you need a high end apartment and nightclub instead of a facility. Sell 2 dupes and you can buy them

Am I correct in assuming that if I wait until Thursday Reset when Arena Wars discounts will likely end that I'll be getting a higher profit?

Yes fully max out ISSI normally sells for 1.7 million instead of 1.4 million

I tried the nightclub one which involved the same steps but it has definitely been patched. So I am guessing this one has been patched aswell.
