Hello, please apologise me but my english is absolutely terrific, so I will write this post in french and add a google-translation... If somebody can be a clean translation, you're welcome

Scoping:

[PATH TO FOLLOW]
1- Kill the guards with a headshot (be precise, the game does not forgive the slightest mistake), or by knocking them out from behind (the guy with the minigun for example), until you get the bunch of keys .
2- (optional) Go up to Rubio's office to get a possible painting + the money from the safe
3- Go down to the vault by one of the side doors of the villa (you can also take the elevator but the hacking takes longer)
4- Steal what you have to steal
5- Flee through the main door (or through the coded door on the left if you have the necessary)
6- Once out of the villa, run to the left along the wall to the belvedere, kill the guard, go to the edge of the cliff
7- If this is not already the case, an NPC in a boat will end up appearing after a few seconds very close to you, kill him, jump in the water, get in the boat and steer!
8- During the cutscene, prepare to unplug the ethernet cable, unplug as soon as you see the white circle with "Transaction pending" disappearing (just before the display of the "Heist Passed" panel)
8 - EDIT *New timing* : During the cutscene, prepare to unplug the ethernet cable, wait for "Heist passed" panel, it will fall a first time, then a second time a little bit lower (and you can see your nickname with "platinum"), and here it's exactly the good moment to unplug !
9- Wait for the message from the socialclub saying that you are disconnected to validate, then reconnect the ethernet cable
10- Reconnect to GTA online, you will have the message "Robbery finished" with the robbery money in your pocket, a few seconds later you will receive a message from Pavel to tell you that he will contact you when you can restart the robbery, and 1 to 2 minutes later you will have a new message saying that everything is ready and that you can move on to the final phase of the heist!
You just have to start over!
[BONUS]
With another player you can easily do the elite challenge, you just have to fill your bags with loot before leaving the villa, then to save time there is one who can go to Rubio's office while the other go to the cellar!

- Hard mode (gives 10% more money on primary target, more chance to have cocaine to steal, and 100K$ elite challenge)
- Pink Diamond (1,3M$ +10% hard mode)
- Safe in Rubio's office (90K$)
- Bag full of cocaine (approx 450K$)
- Elite challenge (100K$) -> directly transferred to account
Total : 1,8M$ in less than 8min

[MARCHE À SUIVRE]
1- Tuez les gardes d'une balle dans la tête (soyez precis, le jeu ne pardonne pas la moindre erreur), ou en les assomant par derrière (le mec avec le minigun par exemple), jusqu'à obtenir le trousseau de clés.
2- (optionnel) Montez dans le bureau de Rubio pour récupérer un éventuel tableau + l'argent du coffre
3- Descendez au coffre par une des portes latérales de la villa (vous pouvez aussi prendre l'ascenceur mais le piratage prend plus de temps)
4- Volez ce que vous avez à voler
5- Fuyez par la porte principale (ou par la porte codée située à gauche si vous avez le nécessaire)
6- Une fois hors de la villa, courrez sur la gauche en longeant le mur jusqu'au belvédère, tuez le garde, dirigez-vous jusqu'au bord de la falaise
7- Si ce n'est pas déjà le cas, un PNJ en bateau va finir par apparaître au bout de quelques secondes tout près de vous, tuez-le, sautez dans l'eau, montez dans le bateau et barrez-vous !
8- Pendant la cinématique, préparez-vous à débrancher le câble ethernet, débranchez aussitôt que vous voyez le rond blanc avec "Transaction en attente" disparaître (juste avant l'affichage du panneau "Braquage terminé")
8 - EDIT *Nouveau Timing* : Pendant la cinématique, préparez-vous à débrancher le câble ethernet, attendez que le panneau "braquage réussi" apparaisse, il va tomber une première fois, puis une seconde fois un tout petit peu plus bas, et c'est là le moment idéal pour déconnecter !
9- Attendez d'avoir le message du socialclub disant que vous êtes déconnecté pour valider, puis rebranchez le câble ethernet
10- Reconnectez-vous à GTA online, vous aurez le message "Braquage terminé" avec l'argent du braquage en poche, quelques secondes après vous recevrez un message de Pavel pour vous dire qu'il vous recontactera quand vous pourrez recommancer le braquage, et 1 à 2 minutes plus tard vous aurez un nouveau message disant que tout est prêt et que vous pouvez passer à la phase finale du braquage !
Y'a plus qu'à recommencer !
[BONUS]
Avec un autre braqueur vous pouvez aisément faire le défi élite, il faudra juste remplir vos sacs avec du butin avant de quitter la villa, ensuite pour gagner du temps y'en a un qui peut aller dans le bureau de Rubio pendant que l'autre va à la cave !
