Ill be the first to ask what dose this mean in xbox one modding?

It opens plenty of doors for users to tweak and mend the JavaScript to be able to open many new unheard of doors. I'm still deciding on whether or not to release some of my finds I have stumbled upon while tweaking the JavaScript to my liking, but all I have to say for now is, there's heaps of potential in this.

Exact opposite mate, unless you don't know JS. Then yeah... could be a bit dull. SmartGlass Studio is released as a foundation that developers can build and expand their own application(s) upon. Heaps and heaps of potential in this, you just have to unlock that potential.

Gotta agree with him on this one its very useful and alot can be done with this.

I'll show what is possible real soon I've just gotta get **** setup.

Knowing that the Xbox One takes JSON just means that it can probably be broken into with the same thing. Because the xbox uses JSON for every single thing on the console and I'm sure breaking that JSON might allow us to run some code?

It's not really a leak. SmartGlass has public API's which anyone can find if they just packet sniff the app. There are pages that can be found without scanning anything as well. Also, this contributes nothing towards anything but developing your own applications which are probably going to be useless unless you like connecting to your Xbox and reading data which wouldn't necessarily help in any way.

Looks like there is still no progress towards modding and in fact I believe this is the wrong section.

You should read what you have just said. No, it will not allow any code to be run. Research more about the way the Xbox One and a little bit of research with the usage of JSON.
