Forgive me for posting this if another exists, but I found this out on my own after searching for hours trying to find a list of 360 id's.

Apparently the Xbox version item id's are nearly identical to the PC id's, save for one hex value.

For example, 0006F993 would be the item code for Firewood in the PC version.

However, 0046F993 is the item code for Firewood in the Xbox Version.

By adding 4 in the space, it works in the Xbox version of Skyrim.

I used this to create an Oghma Infinium (0001A332, which would be 0041A332) from twenty firewood, even though the Oghma Infinium doesn't work without the quest completed. These are the only two items I have converted, so I'm not sure if it works with others, but everything must start somewhere!

NOTE: I did use the barrel in Riverwood with this.

EDIT1: Also works to gain a very large amount of Daedric arrows (60,000?) from the same number of firewood.

EDIT2: Going for 10k views!

I have no idea, as I can only "see" the first two pages of the book; it won't allow me to choose a path. I assume that I need to finish the quest associated with it for it to work, but I have no idea if it will work in your case. The only way to really know is if you were to try it and find out.

Is it the same as Oblivion when you hex items to your inventory?

if the code is 00123456 if you want to replace it in hex it would be 65432100.

Or is it just what you explained in the thread?

No, in PC Skyrim, if said code was 00012345, then the XBOX 360 code would be 00412345.

I realized that some codes have a 1 in that space, so I'd assume you just change it to a 5 being that 1+4=5.

So it would first be 00112345 on PC, whereas it would be 00512345 on the Xbox version.

Is it possible to replace an object in the same room with a character? Elisif glitched up on my console and I can't find her to complete the quest to find all of the stones. I don't have the hexes for Elisif or, say, a bucket, so would it be at all possible for you to give me those two? I don't have the game for pc.

or you could simply get the pc version put your xbox save on your computer and use the normal codes for pc to add them to your 360 save then put them on your xbox?? whole lot easier in my opinion

so if you just replace the "0" with a "4", then what about the code for gold? the xbox is "40000F", and on computer it is "0000000F"... i have modded/hexed my gold already but im just trying to figure out the connection between the two so i can get everything else i want.

While it may be a whole lot easier, it's also about $60 more expensive. I posted this for others like myself who don't want to spend extra money to mod a game.

The computer gold has the other two 0's in front of it, just like all hex codes. They dont affect anything, and a lot of times in the hex coding of a profile, they are replaced by the end of another string of codes. The xbox code for gold is really 0040000F.

okay yeah you were right it worked, i changed gold and an iron ingot into daedric armor and weapons... but one more thing, what about the code for the necklace of peerless smithing "0010DF26" and the ring of peerless smithing "00100E40".. How would you change those? Because i tried to just change the "1" into a "4" and when i put it back into my xbox nothing was in the barrel haha. it didn't glitch out or anything after though, just lost some stuff haha

He said to try a 5, adding the 1 and 4.

Some people don't have a computer that can run games on it like others.
