I wouldn't play if I was you. If it's a legit copy (which I doubt) you should be fine (still no guaranty, might still get banned).

It's fine, with the newest firmware, they can't tell if you have a legit copy or not, that's just to scare you. I for one have been playing it online since Thursday night.
