For some reason he border disappears when i upload is this because the border is white?

Thanks for the feedback, although with the Text it has all stuff done to it but i did it in black forgetting the background is majority black.

nah man I see the border,
you might have the px set on 1.
change it to like 2 or 3, if you want it more noticable.
