So I have a bunch of games on demand, can I license transfer each and every game to a different person? Like I let someone download a game and then I recover it back and then another person downloads a different game will it still work? Sorry if this makes no sense.

I think 1 license transfer is allowed to 1 person that transfers everything once a year.

Yes but I think it's 6 month's not a year not to sure though.
