Hello Everyone this is gonna be very short.
these are all hex values I've found but not taking credit for as it's most likely been posted.

Window tints - 01- 03 is the normal tints 04-09 is some what different.

Car colors share wheel colors which is where the blue came from. "8c" "77" "2c"
some cars can have bike wheels as well

Bullet Proof windows is possible along with police sirens on normal cars however I still have not found the police trigger as for bullet proof well...I'm not gonna say

Basically every shop item can be combined wheel colors as main colors, chrome for wheels, different horns and lights etc... ^_^

I did some RTE and messed around then this happened.
Still looking as to what the heck I did to make these pop up.
I don't mind the help to search for these the way.

i've been messing with hexes for days trying to figure this out, good work man

that's what i was thinking. i managed to throw some lights and a siren on one vehicle however it somehow became a police vehicle and wouldn't let me save/modify it afterwards... i'll see what i can do

Guessing can't try it myself right now but find the headlight hex location > Then go and find the same location on the space docker bam have green led lights hex code.

Is there interior police lights on the adder or does it just make the exterior lights flash?

This is a common trend here on se7ensins.. look what i did, but i dont know what i did.... . you had a Yetti driving a bus underwater, but don't know how you did this..

Yup, there are some Wheel colors that are not listed in LSC, but with an extracted PSIN you can get those colors on your car and vice versa get colors for cars on the wheels...

Bullet proof windows... Riot van holds the answer to that..
