Discussion Save Transfers and downloads (USB)

this is a guide on how to use someone elses saved game on your profile. It will allow you to share your save with friends or use theirs. I have also put some of my own saves on there to have some fun with.

i have made a guide on microsoft word with pitcures to try and be noob friendly

it will be easier to find the files you need if you make sure to wipe out your USB first

to do this you need:

A USB
Winrar (to open the download)
microsft word (for my guide)
Xtaf
Modio

just download the saves and follow the guide.

i did everything it said, transfered the ID's, rehashed, put the new one back in the folder and dragged the folder into the correct place on the memory stick, then put it on my HD, and still it gives me my old game save . is this because ive only completed the intro level? i dout it but worth a shot.. idk.. sorry for the noob question

what you might have to do is like when i tried my red dead save on another profile. it still loaded the game save he had been playing but when i went to load another save (In Game) it said i had the file i just transfererd.

Also if you have taken up all the save spots on the game try deleting one the saves that you might not be so far in ect.(Or copy it to a memory card first if you have one) to make room for the file.

Where you trying one of the files i put in the zip file?
if so what save are you trying to use? i'll see if there might be a problem.

have you deleted your old save from the memory stick before you dragged the new one in????
