Solved Running GTA 5 Error

I know there is many tutorials on how to fix this yet I've look at quite a few of them and none have worked. Here's my problem; I downloaded GTA V from Steam a while ago and had this error. The social club error where I can't play in story mode or anything. I tried reinstalling the game changing my username etc... I just tried starting again today and I'm having the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you explain the error you faced, I also faced a lot of issue when installing first time
I corrected them my matching MD5 of dlc files !
