Router help

For some reason, none of my computers or xbox can connect through my router.
i have verizon dsl where i need a Username and password to connect i went into my router and set up the ppoe but it still wont connect. the way im on my pc now is i had to set up another connection where i would enter my U/P.

I need help to be able to connect my xbox and other PC (Running Wireless)

have you tried to reset it?
try both on the settings page, and on the device itself.

Reset your router to factory settings. Click the button in the front, the orange one.
