Yessir. TowelRoot. You have to click something when opening the app and then change the last number in the srand that pops up to 0. If it is already 0, change it to 1.

I told you. You click on something before hitting root. At the top it should say something like ”Welcome to towlroot!" Keep hitting towelroot until it shows a strand of numbers. Replace the last one with 0 if it's already 0 make it 1. Then install SuperSU from the play store.

I think I fked it up I changed the number installed SuperSu and it said there's no supersu binary installed

It could take a couple tries. But what carrier are you on and android version?

Plus that towelroot method won't work on Android L, sorry bout that. Should've asked first.

There might not even be a way with a PC, there is certain no way without PC unless Sunshine works on Lollipop but that costs $25, which unlocks the bootloader so you can install a custom recovery and flash SuperSu. You could try unlocking the bootloader using http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/ for free but you would need a PC.

Ah right okay, a lot of effort for mainly free app purchases but thanks dude I'll try get a hold of a laptop or something
