Discussion Rockstar seems to have patched under the map jobs

I just went to creator to edit one of my jobs and found out that every prop that i placed under the map moved to the sky. I tried making a template out of what i had up there and placed it under the map again, but when i reloaded the job in creator, there was 2 sets of props in the sky. So say goodbye to dupe glitches that require you getting in the bike clubhouse.

Did you try playing your job? It is likely that this only acts this way in Creator. I believe it is either an accident or temporary fix. I wouldn't advise re-saving any of these jobs until after Tuesday.

I think it will cause more problems and need to be patched another way. Already heard a lot of complaints of perfectly normal races being affected and effects from invisible props carrying over into freemode.:wink:

They've even patched the breach you can access with a Buzzard to then create stuff under the map.... what scum. Shows how lazy they are... there's over 50 wallbreaches in their game, and yet they leave every single one of them alone unless it's something like this and then they're Speedy f*cking Gonzalez patching it up. :what::banghead: Smfh
What? Buzzard isn't the only way under to create stuff under the map.


A short solution to keep props from resurfacing would be to use objects that are curved and are long enough to partly stick out from the ground. Even Rockstar drives parts of props under the ground to get the proper height and shape.
You may just have to build a large structure of sorts above ground like the stunt tubes with the side opening and attach your blocks to that opening. Then attach 90 degree pipes to each end with long stacks coming from them going up. Then attach to that what would seem to be a full track above ground. That should keep it there. They have built tracks in stunt races over by the docks that the tall track sections are pushed mostly underground and those haven't jumped to the sky.
I build lts missions in the sky all the time. It sure would be alot easier to assemble it on the ground then drive the whole template underground then back out and reload then it lands where it lands in the sky.
I love bumper cars and anything with ramps and guys only armed with sniper rifles or rpgs.
The entire transfer team is now the new anti cheat team. Get used to things being fixed in a rather quick timeline. Also expect many temporary solutions while they make

Seems like R don't want us to put Rocket Voltic, Ruiner 2000 and Blazer Aqua in our garage.
They never had to worry about that since those vehicles have been blacklisted from the garage since the day they came out.

I can still create jobs under the map as well. Using the same coordinates I got different results (underground or in the sky) depending on what type of job I created.

I'm pretty sure, I had this problem in the past (maybe patch 1.29)... I think it's just glitchy :biggrin:

Looks like "bug", like I through R patched for Franklin can use any weapon inside his safe house and now I notices that Franklin can use weapon inside his safe house. Thats strange but I think its was "bug".
