Hi everyone, it's great to be here.
I'm attempting my first RGH3 on a 16mb Jasper following this awesome guide -> RGH 3.0 Guide - Phat + Slim - Includes Quick Tool!
i'm using a JR-Programmer JRP2 (V2) with the latest firmware and the latest release of "J-Runner with extras" (V3.2.1 r2, straight from [Click here to view this link])
PLL and POST are wired with a diode and resistor (as shown in the guide) as well.

I went with the "Spoiler: J-Runner with Extras (Easy Way)"
I've managed to dumb the NAND with some Bad Block errors (tried 5 times, rewired twice) but tried to go on anyways.

i've checked the wiring twice and redone it already after cleaning the whole board.
I'm kinda suspicious about the NAND chip soldering (see pins 5,8 and 9 on the right side from the bottom) and its overall look (the markings on the top)
The console is not mine; it has been given to my brother by a friend and I'm not quite sure if it has been repaired or whatnot.
at first i had a rrod, now after redoing the PLL wiring the fans run but all i get is a blinking D2 green light (on the RF Module).
i re-flashed the OG nand and desoldered the rgh3 wiring and it rrod (can you send me a guide to reflash the original nand i've backupped before??)

Help of any kind is highly appreciated!

here is a pic of the NAND:

and here is the (not my proudest) soldering job:
