Solved RGH Wont connect to xbox live but will connect to stealth

Hi my rgh wont connect to xbox live but it will connect to my stealth. ive tried enabling and disabling liveblock and ive also tried changing kv's but it still wont connect. it was working fine last night then i got on this morning and now it wont work. i contacted my kv seller asking him why and to see if he could send me another kv and he said its because xmac is down??? i dont know what the f*ck xmac is but its p*ssing me off not being able to go online. if you have anything that might work please help me! Sorry if posted in wrong section this is my first thread
