Solved RGH Won't Connect To Neighborhood

Can anyone help me my RGH won't connect to neighborhood?

I have xbdm, jrpc2, xrpc, and xbl ninja as plugins.

I have xhttp, liveblock, and livestrong disabled in launch.ini

I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Tell me what your plugins are in order and have you set up ftp? If so can you connect the console to FTP ?

Try typing "JTAG" in neighborhood instead of your console's IP.

I believe you, but sometimes people have trouble doing it that way. For me, the first time I was using Neighborhood, it wouldn't connect until I typed "JTAG" instead of the IP. I figured OP was in the same situation.

In xxModdedWarfarexx's video he used Jtag it worked for me one time JTAG never worked for me so one of the 3 should work if not try doing it when connected to FileZilla so it has a base to get through the "maze"

I fixed it guys. I recently had gotten new internet and hadnt opened up neighborhood so i forgot the IP had changed.
