Does it boot Xell if you hit the eject button to turn it on?

Yes it works. And that’s how I tried to re flash my nand and it doesn’t work.
You probably flashed it right to the new update as it’s easy. Make sure you update dashlaunch and plugins as well. Try booting up without the hdd.

Okay, do this:
  1. Hook an Ethernet Cable to the back of the Xbox.
This will ONLY work with Ethernet.
  2. Boot the Xbox to Xell, and at the bottom you'll be presented with an IP Address.
If it's 192.168.1.99, then your Ethernet Cable isn't plugged in.
  3. Type the IP Address Xell gives you, into your Internet Browser on your PC.
  4. You'll get to a page that looks like this:
  5. To the right of Raw Flash, hit the Download button and it'll start downloading 'flashdmp.bin'.
Once that is downloaded, you can make another nand.[/QUOTE]

Ok I will try that. I’m guessing that makes a new nand for me or what? Because if I have to make one I have no idea how
