Solved RGH Won't boot

Can't boot xell or anything, I built it last night and it worked perfectly, the soldering is good aswell, any help?

Now it won't glitch at all.

Did you try different timing files?

If it's no longer even glitching (debug pulsing) you need to recheck all your wiring and make sure no wires got detached etc. Or you didn't pinch a wire when putting back in case .
