Solved RGH keeps shutting off on Offline Mode

Could someone help. My RGH keeps shutting off on Offline Mode and I can't do anything about it please help.

How does it keep shutting down?
Once you boot the console up?
Caused by a plugin?
If so, remove the plugin.
