Solved Rgh help

OK so i had ran into a few problems lately. My rgh just stopped booting. So i have reflashed the nand. so i got it to boot to xell so i know it is glitching. its not booting with or without a hard drive. i dont know what is going on

Can you bypass plugins? or is it not booting into the loading screen at all
