i wouldnt say xpert solder skills just a decent amount of soldering knowledge and pair of steady hands i wouldnt do it since i suck at soldering i have no skill but im pretty sure one could learn

I wouldn't say expert either. Its more like advanced soldering skills. If you've never done a jtag before I'd do that first because its harder to solder than jtag wiring
