Patched Research Almost Twice as Fast

Little discovery I made while bored

You can research items twice as fast by assigning your team to manufacturing and fast tracking with that money instead of assigning to research itself. Let me elaborate

According to GTA series

Full bar of stock takes 11 hours and 40 minutes to make. And sells for 1 million. You can fast track 4 times with that money

If you were to go the research route,
1 research takes 5 hours and 50 minutes to complete. 4 researchs would take more than 23 hours

Time for 4 Projects:
Fast Tracking with manufacturing:
12 hours
Using Research:
23 hours

Rockstar must not really try to balance anything, whatever, if I did my math wrong than my fault. Hope your happy to save a lot of time with this

I do a supply mission, than fast track, do another supply mission, than fast track.

Make sure your staff is focussed on only reasearch and you have all upgrades.

Repeat that, you can always fast track after doing the supply mission. Took me roughly 20 minutes on my opressor to get all the technical upgrades

This is for people who dont want to spend money on fast tracking, and research as fast as possible

I don't think it has anything to do with glitches or exploits. It's just a hint based on simple math. This topic should be on main board. But technically you are right about it.

when you research bar is just about to complete click on fast track and wait at the confirm option. When you see the research complete the next will show. If you want the next research click fast track and you will receive both research items at the same time.
Close app and repeat if you don't want the next research item.

I've been fast-tracking every 4 minutes. So far I've researched 4 items with less than 20% of supplies and still have more than half of the supplies I started with.

fast-track everything is 10 millions, not cheap if you don't have that much money. The fastest way I found, just wait in the bunker, every 3:30 ish minutes you get a "flash" from the research bar, if the business is fully upgraded. But you can't control the what you get next, and there is only a few which are really good, fast-tracked everything on 1st day on first character. What I'm doing on 2nd character, assign all staff to research and use the trick to get that one plus the next for 45k (this one I can control), to get the projects I want. Imo, there is a lot of crap projects, only a couple good like the thermal scope, explosive ammo, land mines, dual miniguns, oppressor missiles. Then, use I/E and coke business to make money. Plus, to sell a full bunker you kinda need 4 ppl, I try never sell over 150k. I do it alone, so far every time 1 vehicle.

You can sell up to 25 percent max stock by yourself. Which is 7000 * 25

Heres another little trick that I do, if you let research go all the way to the last segment 98% you can click on fast track for $45k, but dont confirm yet, just keep the window open, wait for the bar to fill up and finish the research, wait for the next item to show up with the locked symbol and research bar will go back to 0, now you can click confirm and you will get the new item fast tracked for only 45k.

Does this method work because I haven't sold any gunrunning weapons I've been fair I've been having on my staff to only research since gunrunning came out I have 35 out of the 49 unlocked it just sucks waiting all this time and I haven't sold anything from gunrunning yet I do a lot of steal the mission for supplies or try not to let it drop below 15,000 and I buy it but then I spend a lot of time at the bunker which sucks and I noticed when you buy supplies it gives you the **** projects like all the liveries when I was stealing them they gave me all the good ones but I guess at this point since I only have like 12 unlocks left I should just divide my staff and work on both so at least I can make some money off of the gun running i've been using my cocainebusiness and CEO crates still cost me money though they made this DLC too damn expensive and it's not fair to all the players I cannot afford to even have a bunker I got lucky I did a few duplication glitches so pretty much got my bunker and my MOC and most of the upgrades for the bunker and MOC for free so I hope this works I'm gonna try it later thanks for this Method

I know rockstar doesn't make it fair for anybody they put out these Dlc and then they want you to spend money on shark cards and then you do that and then you're playing in a public session trying to sell your product and then you got these try hard a******s that blow you up it's not fair I'm good at the game but I'm a loner I don't have many friends so I try not to sell my product at full and if you do when you're by yourself you'll have three vehicles to deliver halfway across the map and I hit gunrunning only gives you 15 minutes to deliver versus the MC businesses they give you 30 minutes to deliver so it kind of sucks if you don't have friends to help you out so I I never get the full price for my product because I sell it when it's one of two vehicles to deliver so are you supposed to make good money and then there's a cool down and it takes time for the supplies to build back up especially if you get blown up nine just wasted all that money and got nothing from it the struggle is realthanks for replying and thanks for the tip I'm going to give it a shot tonight

I'm a loner too, basically supply 1 full bar, stop, then do something else like vehicle, vip, or crate work (not recommended but you can also do contact missions or heists) until the bar is empty. 1 full bar makes 20 percent stock and you can sell that yourself with 1 vehicle

There's no bonus for selling your stock at full for bunker...161k is the last number before you get two vehicles for delivery. Your basically making the same money just in smaller portions

175k... always go to 175k join a full lobby. Start up your sale of product. Go outside. If you get a call that says "raw business today" make your sale. If not restart app and try again. The reason I say this is 175k in a full lobby working alone you get around 250k not exactly. And the "raw business" sale is very easy to complete one solid drive across the map in an insurgent ... If you do however close the app. You loose 7k worth of product... need help on ps4 add me.

This depends on luck in order to get the insurgent or phantom wedge one, plus your selling in a full lobby which there could always be a hydra griefer with a bounty, once there was someone camping my bunker with a savage :\

You'll only get an addition 20k from selling in a full lobby but it's not worth it.

So how many times do you have to close the app if you don't get it the first time at 175? I'd rather just sell at 161 where I know I won't have to shut off the game and you get 241k still

They did balanced it...
Whenever you go sell that product, you have the risk of someone destroying ALL of it... thats why Manufacturing is faster, cuz you have a risk of losing it ALL.
