because it is the first version(BULLET MOD). But i can Mod Rocket too . Not tested yet but can work it.

Sorry but another version would be useless.
This is based on http://www.se7ensins.com/forums/threads/release-vehicle-explosive-rounds-tbogt.935495/ .
So it already exists.
All you did is changing the weapon the peds fire and maybe some other minor things.

In the next version you would just change the weapon the peds fire to WEAPON_RLAUNCHER and this is not a new release worse.
Also, You should know that the function FIRE_PED_WEAPON doesnt really kill people(only the explosions does).
