Gamesaves Rehash+Resign Profile and Device ID Help?

How do I do this?

I want a oblivion save and I dont really want to mess around because I don't know what i'm doing!

Well... i really dont get ur main point but imma guess.... Im guessing if you want to rehash and resign you proboly need a resigner and a rehasher. u can use modio, xploder resigner, BS resigner ETC & what about the oblivian save?
