Solved Regarding Hoodie + Mask Glitch

So I've tried numerous methods to have a mask on with the hoodie up, but can't seem to get any to work? Is there a method any of you guys have done that still works in the latest patch? thanks.

Have no mask wigh ur hood up then save the outfit. Then go to a telescope with the mask and do the telescope glitch then re equip the hood outfit. Simple

I've tried this and everytime I put the mask on, it puts my hood down again after the glitch is done. The only methods out there are for a hat on your mask but none with your hood and mask
