Record With Webcam Using VB

I want to be able to click a button in my program and have it record a video via webcam and then save the video to a specified directory..

I'm using Visual Basic 2010
I'm making a lockscreen for my computer. So when I open it, it "locks" and I have to type a password to "unlock"
Plan is to have the video start recording if the password is entered incorrectly.

Does anybody know how I would go about coding this? I have everything done except for the video part.

You will soon learn that Google is your best friend. The only users on the site that help people with coding are myself, Calamity, and Wheen and usually they will use Google, as do I, if they are not sure how to do it. I know this from experience.
