Has anyone been able to take a cop car into lsc recently on ps4 if so is this a good thing? Or something to stay away from or maybe something I missed could be a step to something better

Cop cars are blacklisted, so you can't bring them into your garage or los santos customs.

Well yesterday I accidentally took one inside lsc ?? And all it let me do was put an explosive on it and repair

Yeah you can do something like that but you can never customize them or save them as personal vehicles.
