The defense is higher and it has more light and it's worth getting for those reasons.

Ya realizing this now. I had about 40 shards. Just got full legendary a couple days back. So I started max up grading everything. I need 6 more shards and everything will be maxed and I will be lucky if I hit level 29. It's gonna be real close.
