Is there a patch with an Infectable Mod Menu?

If so please notify me with a download link for the patch.

Sorry for such a short post just I am unsure of what else needs to be said.

-Edit If you would like
-Load up Xex Menu
-Put the patch into Mw2
-Start it up
-Choose system link
-Change time and score to unlimited
-Start it up
-Choose team, don't pick class
-Join with Retail xbox
-Choose class, wait 30 sec. press "back/select" button
-Back out
-Go to Split Screen game, start it up.
-Choose class
-When it starts press "back/select" button
-Back out
-Start up Private match
?????
-Profit!
