Solved Question about getting banned?

Im getting a flashed 360 and im a little cautious about playing online. I have 2 xboxs and the flashed is my secondary. If you get banned is you account and console banned or just your console?

Only the console is banned. Profiles and Harddrive are safe to use on another console.

Also i am hoping to get those drives in tomorrow.
