Quest and light leveling and strike help please?

I will be on in a few hours or so tonight maybe 2 hours, regardless I am on the Xbox One and I need to explore the dreadnaught, have some quests, and I am only at like 270 light but I want someone who is skilled in the game to help me out I want to try to hit at least like 180 or something, if anyone is willing to help reply with your GT or PM me. I need wormspore and all of these things, still need to get my sword, but other than that with the amount of time put in i'm not doing too bad, any takers? PM me please if your the helpful type, as tonight is one of my free nights to game up!

Well I think you are on my FL but we have never played, I just got the Taken King yesterday, managed to run one of my toons through the base story missions but Im kind of at a loss on where to go next or how to proceed through the new rank system.

I cant remember your GT but hit me with a message if youre looking for other players.
