Discussion Quality Computer for not so expensive?

I want a computer with at least 3 GB of RAM, at least 300GB HD space, a dual core with a clock speed of at least 3.00GHz, and awesome Graphics card(s). must be a desktop, and preferably has free upgrade to windows 7.

I intend on using this thing for heavy graphics work, some gaming here and there, and lots and lots of hacking. It will also store my Music/Movie/Photo/Game/Document library, and be connected to turntables and a mixer (which i will have one day).

The iBUYPOWER is cheaper, but it won't be back in stock until Friday. The Cyberpower has a better graphics card, but other than that they're very similar. If you want to change anything, you can go to their websites and get a custom-built PC. However, it cost a lot less to order the parts separately on Newegg and build it yourself.
