Your gunsmith will give you better weapons to order each rank you level up, not sure what the max level is or if it caps off somewhere but still lets you gain experience, but don't overlook that Banshee-44 guy!

I believe I picked up a Thesan last week and it has out performed every fusion I know. Unfortunate, I'm really enjoying the laziness with these raid weapons auto-reload!!

The fusion rifle relics you can get as random drops

i just reach lvl 4 with warlock and only a package, and i reached lvl 3 with titan but it doesnt give the fabian :/

You get a quest for hitting rank 3 with him, do that quest and you get the weapon

Is it only me that couldn't spot any difference in the weapons offered for rank 1 and rank 3? They had the same stats and perks... the rank 2 offer was different though...

Managed to get to rank 4 and about 70% of the way to rank 5

Believe between 1 and 3 it's different attack value... not sure what high levels will bring

think they were both 280 and the same impact too... maybe it's because I bought the orders at rank 2 and was rank 3 by the time I claimed them... I'll see if there's a difference next week

After completing field test weapons and you've gotten the 200 exp yes dismantle it
