Solved problem with xbox 360 dvd drive

hello everyone I have a problem with my xbox 360 drive. briefly the problem is it wont read games, dvds, cds, etc. it was working fine 2 days ago and now it just decided not to work. the video link below will show you more about my problem. if you can please help me it would be highly appreciated.

Also Its just an extra xbox 360 that I fixed awhile ago and its flashed.

It didnt work. i adjusted the pots and still doesnt work. the laser apears to still be strong and will read cd's no dvds or games.. anything else i could do?

Either buy a new laser or buy a new drive and flash it with your original drives key.
