Unsolved Problem with ACE V3 PROGRAMMING

Hi there Community, i'm Having some issues trying to program my Ace V3 for Xenon Motherboard, J-Runner is displaying a message saying that the Xilinx Device is not being detected.

I attached the error message, the soldering job and the leds. Can you help me?

You might have to reprogram the JR-programmer, or at least 'reset' it - there was some instructions on reddit, but I can't find it now. I believe it included unplugging the programmer and plugging it back in with reset pressed in, but for sure that's not all of it.

JRP, flip the switch (not the jtag switch but the other one) and spam the reset button a few times.
If it doesn’t go green, do it again. It’s probably stuck in update mode.

Assuming that you are using Metal's Tut for a rgh 1.2 xenon, I took a look at your images of the glitch chip and saw that you have already removed the resistor and don't have the 1.8v wire attached.
The chip has to be wired onto the motherboard and the motherboard has to be plugged in (not powered on) to program the chip after it has been removed.
