Solved Prestige token gone

I just prestiged for the first time and i played couple of games then i wanted to use, My prestige token but its gone now... how do i fix it or get it back? I didnt use it

There’s no fix you can do on your end to retrieve the token in question. All I can recommend is that you contact Activision Support & they might be able to compensate you.

I noticed this on Activision support on twitter someone else tweeted to them about it. They asked the person to DM them with gamertag and platform. So I’m sure they will be giving it back to people.
