Discussion Possible to Gamesave on PS3?

I just picked up a PS3 and would like to clean up missing trophies after I finish a game with gamesaves. Can this be done like on a 360? I've searched and haven't seen any mention of it even being possible anywhere let alone a tutorial on how to do it. Also saves are very tough to find compared to the 360. Is it just not possible? Any knowledge would be very appreciated.

You can gamesave any game if you PS3 is jailbroken.

Well if you want to make the trophy's of any game platinum(unlock them all) you can do it without gamesaves using this tutorial here : Link
