CPU: Ryzen 3700x
Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 32gb
Case: Corsair's Carbide Series
Power Supply: Corsair RM850x
SSD: Western Digital Black Drive 1TB
Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB mK.2
Mouse: Corsair M65 RGB Elite
Video card: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 super.

I want to be able to Play games like Cod and Fortnight etc but also be able to stream/Graphic Design. Had someone through this together, what do you guys think? Any suggestions or changes?

Looks like a solid setup! You could get a 30 series RTX card or wait for the AMD 6000 series but I think with both you would need a beefy power supply. RTX everyone is saying at least 1000w or more if you can.

If it is going to be your first time just take your time and you will be all good. And try to be patient when socketing the CPU.

I'd spend a bit more money if possible and get the 3900x if possible for rendering. Not that much more expensive and it'll perform better than the 3700x.
I'd also wait for the 6000 series from AMD for sure!

Here's what I'd recommend: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/g2WBcT
