Doesn't the parachute to garage under map still work?

I don't know how to do that, everytime I do it I either die or respawn outside of the area

I would offer to help you but I don't have xbox 360. 
Post in the duping and trading area under matches section of gta v I'm sure someone wouldn't mind helping you get one.
