This is an idea I'm surprised no one has made yet. The idea behind this topic is to provide you with the best populated places to spoof and what Pokémon "tend" to be there the most.

Location: Sydney Australia,
6A Circular Quay ESydney NSW 2000,Australia

Description: there are quite a few spots where you can hit 3-4 lures at once, very active

Pokémon: magicarp, poliwag, goldeen, psyduck, magnamite, voltorb, horsea, krabby, and slowpoke, there are others but the most common.

I'll post more as I find.

I'm looking for a location for fighting, rock, fire types right now

I advise not spoofing further than 25 miles as they'll soft ban your account for a few hours, rendering pokestops and gyms unusable, along with making pokémon uncatchable.

Can you spoof on android? Like I know how to do it but on three app it just brings "failed to find gps signal" or something similar.

I spoof with bluestacks

I recently woke up spoofed my location to Sydney Australia, stayed there for 12 hours. I logged off for 5 hours and went to Texas no soft ban

As long as you're not stupid with it, give yourself some travel time you'll be safe

I spoof with bluestack not android

I tried spoofing my location on Android, however on Pokemon Go it'll show my spoofed location but on the top it'll say can't find location...

It's not a softban per se. There's some sort of time:distance ratio that the game operates on. Covering a large distance over a short period of time makes the game work improperly (the ratio get's thrown out of whack). It takes a couple of hours to go back to normal. Not sure what ranges it needs to stay within in order to work properly, though. There's a thread in the iOS Jailbreaking subreddit where they're experimenting with location spoofers.

That's more believable for me, I got this information from /r/pokemongo, where the majority have no clue what they're talking about.

I heard that some sortve "hackers" would find the location of the user useing the app, and would go there and rob them.

Here are some locations I like to visit just to visit as I go around finding more places that are highly populated I'll add them. Also if you location spoofer doesn't let you type in coordinates I suggest getting a better one.

Empire State- 40°44′54.36″N 73°59′08.36″W

Taj Mahal- 27°10′30″N 78°02′31″E

Victoria Falls- 17°55′28″S 25°51′24″E

Chichen Itza- 20°40′58.44″N 88°34′7.14″W

Sydney Opera House- 33°51′31.2″S 151°12′50.5″E

Golden Gate Bridge- 37°49′11″N 122°28′43″W

Great Wall of China- 40.67693°N 117.23193°E

Leaning tower of Pisa- 43°43′23″N 10°23′47.10″E

Biggest Volcano- 19°28′46.3″N 155°36′09.6″W

Mount Everest- 27°59′17″N 86°55′31″E
