Order HDMI cables from Ebay they're much better than the regular cables, and should be cheap on ebay

To use HD on your 360, switch the cable from TV to HD, then, plug in the 3 component cables to your TV in the correct inputs, and there should be a white a red plug too, plug the regular AV cables into the same row of inputs as the component cables, then go to your xbox display settings and change it to 1080p. (highest)

If you have red, blue and green inputs on the back of your TV, then yes, plug those in, and play. Same process occurs with HDMI

To get audio, you will need to hook in the audio red and white with the red green blue cables. The red green blue are the video, the other red and white are the audio, and yellow is unused.

That wouldn't happen. You have to plug the red, white (audio) red, green, and blue (component) simultaneously for it to work.
