Whole tag seems too simple.
Blending could be a lot better.
Lighting is messed.
Like said above the smoke/rocky effect under the render isn't executed very well.
Text is great, adds to the grunge feel. The position could be moved up a bit though.
Some warming PFs would have worked perfectly.

Concept is great, just little errors here and there.

All looks great, but the rocks on the left side of the picture is faded into the building. I really like the war type feeling. Execution is good. The rendering is great. A cold filter would have been good too.
