Unlocked id can be used With no Xbox live limits
locked ids have Xbox live limits
XDKS.1 is a working dev kit id there is no difference with other dev ids they all the same
To enable dev kit option You Console id has to authorized from Microsoft to be Dev kit
So you need to
Submit Application to XBOX@ID
And you hear from them if you are in the XBOX@ID
Note: This is for accessing Native Xbox Applications, not UWP apps,
So it requires, an authorized Xbox one, in order to install native Xbox One apps.
If you ever want an exploit for Xbox One, make sure to be on Powersave mode
This will not make your Xbox automatically update.
Which increases chances for making your Xbox vulnerable to exploits
